Lapwing Education supports young people facing exclusion from school, college or society generally. We offer personalised services including therapeutic interventions, personal development coaching, academic qualifications, vocational training, employability skills development and experiences of work to help young people get back on track. This post and the project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and National Lottery Community Fund. We are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join our established project team and support the effective delivery of Lapwing’s Minding The Gap employability project.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly proficient administrator to join this well-established project (now in its fifth year) which is transforming the lives of hundreds of NEET young people aged 16-24 years old who face social isolation and other significant barriers to education or employment.

To be successful in this role, you will have the necessary administration and organisational skills and experience to follow and hone our current business processes to ensure compliance particularly around participant eligibility and activation, financial claims and reporting and data monitoring. This post has been created to directly support the project team by taking on the administrative, compliance and reporting aspects of the project. You will have excellent interpersonal skills but will be process driven with strong ICT skills and excellent attention to detail.

For an informal chat about the role call Claire Flowers, Project Manager, on 07824 618 752 or to apply please download an application pack from our website: https://lapwingeducation.co.uk/join-us

Completed applications should be sent to: enquiries@lapwingeducation.com

Please note application forms must be completed electronically in full. CVs and handwritten or incomplete application forms will not be considered.

Appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.  Lapwing is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
