• £20,917 pro rata
• 18.75 hpw.
• Based in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich.

Do you have what it takes to make positive change?

You will be working with service users identified through hospital Psych Liaison Teams. You will intensively support them to reduce problematic alcohol and substance misuse and tackle the wider complex issues associated with this client group, including rough sleeping and poor health, a reduction in crime and disorder and fewer alcohol related hospital admissions.
