Are you an experienced supervisor or deputy manager with a friendly positive attitude and experience of leading a team within a Children's Home setting?

CF Support Services is committed to providing care excellence to young people supporting them to achieve positive outcomes. The young people we work with have complex and varied needs and many have mental health issues.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Registered Manager for a solo placement children's home to lead and support our team working with the whole system around the young person including social workers, health professionals, carers and families.

You will need high level, inter-personal skills to work collaboratively with the senior team, leading and guiding in a positive and constructive way. You must be a critically reflective practitioner able to make well balanced decisions with a children and family centred approach and able to demonstrate effective practice in varying situations.

What you need to apply:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Children's Home with supervisory or managerial responsibility.
  • An NVQ level 5 qualification or professional qualification in social care or mental health or experience in a similar field.
  • The ability to work professionally as part of the network surrounding children and families to provide positive change.
