We are looking for a Behavioural Science Specialist who will apply a high level of knowledge and skill to make Suffolk Public Health and Communities Directorate a leader in using behavioural sciences across our business, for the benefit of our residents.
From behavioural insights on COVID-19, to behaviour change for vulnerable young people and adults, we are looking for an individual who can help us and our residents thrive and be safer, healthier and more sustainable. You will undertake and deliver the specialist / technical elements of embedding behavioural science on a range of directorate wide projects, as well as providing evidence for council objectives and priorities, using a project management approach.
Based in the county's Public Health and Communities Directorate you will be part of a small innovative team working across the directorate, wider council and with its partners to enhance work streams, systems, and outcomes.
