Realise Futures is seeking to recruit a Careers and Development Manager to join our Learning and Development team and to develop and steer our progression strategy across Suffolk.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the post holder will be an experienced and qualified Information Advice and Guidance practitioner with experience of Matrix standard and with a proactive and person-centred approach to IAG and progression.
The role includes managing and supporting a small team of Community Coordinators, IAG workers and Peer Co-ordinators ensuring that learners and participants in Adult and Community Learning, Peer Support and Work Well Suffolk Coaching Service receive high quality information advice and guidance and are enabled to progress and fulfil their potential. The post holder will also provide cross-team support across all divisions of Realise Futures CIC to ensure that IAG and progression are embedded and recorded throughout the organisation.
