As a manager in data and intelligence, you will

  • Be at the forefront of designing, developing, communicating and promoting the use of data, insight and intelligence. This will provide the ‘single version of the truth’ which will drive ongoing organisational and system change
  • Take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Client Caseload Information System (CCIS), to ensure all relevant statutory returns are submitted to Department for Education (DFE)
  • Lead on system development, processes and training, ensuring SMART effective delivery
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the Troubled Families Payment by results programme
  • Take the Early Help lead on the development of integrated reporting solutions and have the ability to write & update complex Crystal, SSRS & Excel reports.

This is a key management role and is in place to ensure that the business has the capability and tools to support customers effectively.

We welcome applications from experienced analysts with excellent professional experience in a managerial, analytical and systems-based role. We would especially like you to demonstrate your ability to use intelligence to drive service improvement and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

For an informal discussion, please contact Harriet Wakeling, Head of Service, Data & Intelligence on (01473) 260696.
