Asset Education Trust is seeking an outstanding individual to join its central leadership team as Director of Operations, responsible for delivering services to schools and leading HR, estates management, infrastructure, communications, marketing, contracts and IT.
We are an Education Trust, comprising fourteen primary schools, who are striving for excellence in everything that we do - in order to best serve the needs of our pupils and their local communities.
You will be a collaborative leader who can work both strategically and operationally across the wide range of functional areas of responsibility within this post and will have a proven track record in making things work and inspiring your colleagues to be the best that they can be.
You will join a small but ambitious senior leadership team who support a wider distributive leadership structure (including school and functional leads) and will bring your experience of successful project management and excellent service delivery to complement the current team's already wide ranging experience and skills base.
We need project management skills, ability to lead on all aspects of operations and expertise in at least one area.
A self starter who is also a team player, you will be seeking a challenging and exciting new opportunity to enhance the development journey of this successful and growing group of schools in Suffolk.
This post reports directly to the Trust CEO. The post will be based at Cliff Lane Primary School and there is the opportunity of some home working.
