We are looking for a Contracts and Service Development Manager in the Service Development and Contracts Specialist Support Team (Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Contracts).

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging and motivated individual to join the Adult and Community Services as part of the Service Development and Contracts Specialist Support Team (Mental Health Learning Disabilities & Autism).

The post includes managing the current and planning future care services to meet the changing needs of the people of Suffolk with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities or Autism. You will provide leadership around contract management and service development of these services. This role will also include a portfolio of relationships, with a focus on building relationships between these services and local social work teams.

You will be part of a wide team and will contribute to ensuring consistent quality and safe services are being delivered to our service users. Working in partnership with Mental Health Learning Disabilities and Autism stakeholders you will be expected to take an inclusive and flexible approach.

In our team, you will work with your colleagues to realise this vision and ACS' strategic priorities with its suppliers and delivery partners. This includes shaping the market and services to maximise the range of quality services, promote service user independence, and achieve long term financial sustainability.

You will need to demonstrate:
